This was the first time I was out of Maryland, I left to visit grandparents on my mom's side of the family.

First time being in a big city, it was a large contrast from where I lived. I was able to do many things that I wasn't able to do in Maryland, which is more rural.

When I went to Tennessee, I saw mountains for the first time. I thought it was very interesting, and the environment was new to me.

My dad and I went to Washington to ski/snowboard, it was much better than the local ski resorts and I wanted to visit the West coast again.

The West coast was very new to me, and I liekd it much better than southern Maryland. I was able to hike on Mt. Reineer, and I wanted to travel much more after that.

My dad and I are planning to go to Washington state a third time and go see landmarks such as the rainforest, mountains, and San Juan islands.

See a national park in he country. I've always wanted to see what a national park was like, and it would be a good chance to travel and experience nature.

Studying abroad would give me a good chance to see other cultures and travel around the world. I would be able to get out of this country and see other things.

Save up enough money to travel to major sites such as natural wonders in other countries. It would eb a great chance to see other cultures and famous landmarks.
