Going To my First Concert (Ariana Grande)
Ariana Grande is my favorite singer which was good because it was my first concert. I mean I've been to concerts before this, but she was the first person who I actually liked their music and enjoyed so I count this as the first one. -
First Time Competing a Solo
I've competed many years before this but only group dances. This was my first time very performing a solo and now I do one every year. -
St Johns Graduation
St. Johns was my elementary/middle school. It was my whole childhood. The 11 kids I graduated with are all very close to me, at one point we considered each other family. -
First Time attending my uncle's car show At Mackinac Island
My uncle is a car designer and hosts a car show up there every year, this was my first time attending. I now go every year. -
Going to my first out of state concert
My first out of state concert was in Nashville, Tennessee with my friend Jackie. her mom had bought us front Row seats to her favorite band, why don't we. It was really fun and i really enjoyed it. -
Freshman Year at Amundsen
I really loved Amundsen, but it was far. I met so many amazing people I love still. However, a lot of those people didn't turn out to be real friends, but some are. I met some amazing people there. -
Dancing in the Magnificent Mile parade
My studio was given the opportunity to participate in the Magnificent Mile Christmas parade downtown. It was such a fun opportunity. -
Jingle ball 2019
I go to jingle ball with my friend, jackie. This was our first time going and its been a tradition ever since. It's always been a very fun tradition. -
Adopting Chase
My dad and I adopted Chase after our old dog Zorro past. Chase is the best dog I've had. he means a lot to me. -
Getting an "Expression" Judges Award for my solo this season
at competitions, the judges each give out one award to a dance that stands out to them out of every dance. At Turn It Up dance competition I received my first judges award of the season. -
Scoring Double Platinum and 8th Overall
My Contemporary group scored Double Platinum which is the highest score at Showstoppers, and 8th overall out of over 1000 dances. This was a very special moment for me and my group. -
Clearwater Flordia
I went to clearwater Florida for a week in may and I loved it there. I had breakfast every morning on the beach and hung out with family friends who live there. It was beautiful and I loved the experience. -
TDA closing, but Intricate Dance Studio opening
Ever since I was 3, I danced at TDA. The owner didn't want to own the company anymore, so, my competition teacher/ choreographer, Teia, decided to open her own studio for us because she didn't want to us go and she wanted for us to continue dancing. Which the became Intricate Dance Chicago. I love the new studio so much and they run the studio amazing. -
Performing Nationals
Every year I have competed, my studio had made nationals. However, my studio owner never wanted to go. When my dance teacher decided to take over the company, she brought us to Nationals which was a very special experience. -
Going To LA
My second time I went to LA was in 2021 for my birthday gift. I went for a week loved it there. I love that city so much and had an amazing time. I also met a few tik tokers. -
Got my first job at Chick-fil-A
I got my first job and was hired at the spot for the first place I had applied to which was Chick-fil-A. It was one of the best things I choose to do. I met such amazing people and love working there. -
Getting my own car
When I turned 16 and got my license, I was fortunate enough for my parents to get me a car. It made my life great and I loved that car. -
Transferring to Taft High school(in person learning)
I Transferred to Taft back in 2020, but This year, junior year(2021), was my first year in person. I met a lot of people and I enjoy it at Taft. -
Grandma Passing
When my grandma had passed, a lot of things were going on in my life so it made this time extremely hard for me. It was a really low point I was at. She was an amazing woman.
