    Eat clean foods and stay active as before. Drink lots of water to keep your body refreshed and functioning. This will help prevent issues later in life such as heart disease. Liquor will have increasingly detrimental effects on your body so drink responsibily. Keep friends and/or a spouse to share your state of mind with and stay positive.

    Eat lots of greens (see movie "Forks over Knives") to keep a healthy heart. Stay active via cardio mainly to maintain a heathy heart. Keep friends around to stay happy and positive. Problems may arise with motor function issues so check with your doctor to make sure you can drive safely.

    Eat a balanced diet and maybe think about a vegatarian diet. Cardio will keep your heart healthy. Your liver will not be able to process the posions in alcohol as well so drink sparingly. Keep friends and a spouse as company to stay happy.
