In my twenties I plan on sticking to my gluten free diet, but try to eat more salads and less carbs. Take a multi-vitamin everyday to get some vitamins in. Everyday I will exercise for at least an hour doing different exercises and sports. I will put sunscreen on anytime I go outside and practice daily good hygiene. -

30s
In my thirties I plan on still being gluten free, but maintaining a good healthy diet. I'll focus more on getting my whole grains, protein, and fruit in. I'll also still be taking a multi-vitamin to get in all the vitamins I need. Most days I'll exercise for 30 to 60 minutes doing different exercises. I will not smoke and only drink alcohol in moderation. -

40s
In my forties I plan on still being gluten free, but I'll focus more on eating as healthy as I can. I'll exercise regularly for about 30 to 60 minutes. To prevent health care problems I will have a routine for health care that I will keep up with in my forties. -

50s
In my fifties I plan on still being gluten free, but will try and cut back on the sodium in my food. Weekly I will do some aerobic and weight bearing exercises for 30 to 60 minutes. I will try to maintain a healthy body weight. -

60s
In my sixties I plan on still being gluten free, but will eat a lot more fruits, veggies, and fiber-rich foods. I will get 30 minutes of exercise most days of the week. I will work on strengthening my mental health and find a hobby that I enjoy doing.
