    20's-30's

    For this time of my life I will try and better what i eat and have more nutritional meals, and eat more healthy fresh foods. I also plan on getting more exercise and conditioning. During this time I plan on trying to make it to the peak of how healthy i can be in my life. I plan on also having a good steady relationship with someone.

    30's-40's

    Hitting my thirties will be a pretty significant event of itself. But during this time I plan on having a family, well paying job, and good social life. Here I would like to have not perfect health but average, normal health. I plan on evening out my time in order to meet everything I would like to have at this time in my life.

    40's-50's

    At this point in my life I'm expecting big changes to happen, good and bad ones. I plan on seeing kids leave and go to school. But my plan is to still be eating healthy. My exercise here would be conditioning, running, jogging, walking, and maybe hiking. I'll have the regular checkups to ensure I'm not in any medical danger.

    50's-60's

    At this point in my long lived life, hopefully, is where I might not give much thought to exercise. Here is where people would understand. I'm old and can't do everything I used to. So that'ss my plan towards the later part of my life
