Roaring 20's
During this time, I will focus on the nutrients that are going into my body. This includes possible vitamin supplements, as well as watching my daily diet and the amount of alcohol I consume. I will exercise regularly and go to sleep on time. Finally, I will always wear sunscreen and do weight-bearing exercises to prevent osteoporosis. -

Four Decades of Health
As I get older, my daily routine, as well as my health ideas, will have to adapt. This is an outline of what should be focused on in each decade. -
Turbulent 30's
Seeing as my metabolism is slowing down, I will focus on food. I will cut down on processed food, increase fresh fruits and vegetables, and look at what vitamins or minerals I am lacking. I will continue with regular exercise, but I will also mix up my routine. To prevent health problems later on, I will listen to my body, especially in order to prevent stress. -
Flying 40's
This decade, I will make sure to maintain healthy eating and exercising habits from my 20's and 30's, being extra careful about any toxins I consume, such as alcohol. I will exercise regularly, and while lightening the workout itself, I will continue to make time for some physical activity. I will also focus my workouts in order to help my body, doing yoga or running instead of lifting weights. Preventative actions I will take include mammograms, as well as regular check-ups and baseline tests. -
Nifty 50's
In my 50's I will focus on fresh foods, similarly to the past decades, but I will also look to cut down on sodium and fats while increasing fiber and any necessary vitamins. In terms of exercise, I will maintain a regular schedule, but I will also look to exercise my brain with puzzles or crosswords. Looking ahead to my 60's, I will continue regular doctor appointments, and screen for diseases like breast cancer and diabetes. -
Swingin' 60's
In terms of a healthy diet, I will cut down portion sizes, as well as eat foods that can help prevent heart disease or strokes. I will keep exercising, but also watch and adapt my exercise routine in order to protect my body. Finally, I will take extra safety precautions, such as being prepared for if I fall at home and getting tested for common diseases regularly.
