I decided to go to school to be a Substance abuse counselor -
Finished school, Time to get hours
I started working at Las Encinas Hospital in Pasadena to obtain the hours needed to complete the CADC certification. -
Board Exam CCAPP
Passed the board exam and officially a CADC -
Boss suggested to be a Nurse
My boss at Las Encinas planted the seed, suggesting I would be a great nurse. I laughed and asked why I wanted to do that. -
Accepted and started psych tech school
Started psych tech school at Mt SAC -
Decided to drop out of Psych Tech school
I decided Psych tech wasn't for me, and the opportunities were limited. I enrolled and started at Smith Chanson School of Nursing for LVN -
Finished LVN school!
I finished LVN school, and now time to take NCLEX -
Official LVN
I passed NCLEX and am now an LVN! -
LVN-RN
Started at UUN bridge program -
Finish ADN
Finish and graduate with ADN -
Start BSN Program
Continue BSN program -
Finish BSN program
Graduate with BSN -
PMHNP?
Look into PMHNP programs and decide if I will keep going or stay with BSN -
