Constitutional Convention
This is where all the delegates from the colonies met to amend the Articles of Confederation that was put in place so that the colonies would have a government in case they won the American Revolution. However instead of fixing the current government several delegates banded together and stated that they should form a new type of government. They made the government federalist based. Patrick Henry refused to come to this meeting. -
