Period: Nov 17, 2011 to Nov 17, 2012 We feel that it will take a year for everyone to get used to the new laws Jan 19, 2012 About 50 people came up to us telling us how much they dont like the new law which is maximum of 2 kids We feel two kids will give people a chance to have a family but not take up too much space.
