The family and I are about to set off for Oregon!

Mules and oxen only go 2 miles an hour due to the fact that they were carrying a lot of weight.

The plains indians would not let us pass without paying a "toll".

We didnt really have a choice on what we ate, we either ate or we didn't eat at all, and when we ate well either way you weren't going to be happy!

The buffalo don't scare very easily, but when they get scared it gets very ugly very soon!

Stopping For Rest
Luckily we get to stop once or else we couldn't go on, thank you Fort Laramie!

Crossing Rivers
For us crossing rivers was tough. Sometimes we could ford but is very dangerous and a lot of people die from drowning.

Dying Animals
It's very hard for us to decide who is better at pulling the wagons the mules or the oxen, but they keep dying so it's getting harder!

Finally we have reached Oregon and we can start building our town!
