The mischievous candy heist
The brothers used to celebrate the New Year back in Sudan. When they heard of the holiday Halloween, the decided that they would celebrate this holiday too. They decided that it was their favorite holiday. They would go and find the houses that had baskets of candy left out for kids first. They saw this young boy who had been sitting near a bowl of candy, they decided that they needed that bowl of candy for themselves, so they took it from the boy. -
Playground battles
Just for being different from the rest of the kids at school, the brothers were called horrible names and beat up during school time. They fought back, just like when they were in Sudan, until their father told them that they would be kicked out of school and they were told to never fight back ever again or he would make them lost. -
Parking meters
The brothers met another boy from Nigeria named Bo. The boys thought that this meter could hold at least 5 dollars, or maybe even 10 dollars. They carried it off to get all the money and were caught by the police. They remembered a story that their father used to tell them about a boy stealing for his mother and he and how he was caught. Their father told them that if he ever caught them stealing even the smallest thing, he would make them lost.
