NYC Priciest Apartment
The apartment, located at the Plaza Hotel, was reportedly sold for more than $50 mil. The hotel was purchased in 2004 by El-Ad Properties for $675 mil, who closed the hotel and announced plans to spend $400 mil on a refurbishment. When reopened in October 2007, there would be 182 private condos. -
