Women in Paris were mad about the bread prices. They ended up marching to Versailles and forced their way in and told Louis XVI their demands. The day after that everyone ended up getting Louis XIV, his family, and most of the French Assembly to go back to Paris with them -

Revolutionaries at the time thought that going to war would end up bringing the country together again. This was also thought out to spread ideas. -

Louis XVI was put on trial for treason by the National Assembly. He was executed by Guillotine. -

The Reign of Terror is the time after the Frist French Republic was created. This was a hard time with lots of bloodshed in French history. -
The Thermidorian Reaction
Now this is a big one. The French politician Maximilien Robespierre was called out by the National Assembly as being a “tyrant”. This caused the end of the Reign of Terror. -

The Government during the French Revolution set up this French Directoire. It included bicameral legislature known as the Corps Législatif. -

Napoleon rose up in the military ranks in France. He ended up running a coup d'état and over through the French government. -

When at Waterloo, Belgium Napoleon takes his defeat in the hands of Duke of Wellington.
