My baby sister was born
This was an important event in my life, because now I had a baby sister that I could help my mom take care of, I could feed her, play wtih her, read her books and most importantly she was a new addition to the family. It also meant that I wasn't an only child. -
Being a flowergirl
This was a happy and exciting moment in my life, because it was the first time I was ever a flowergirl. I got to dress up, curl my hair, hold a small bouquet of flowers, and I was with the brides little brother. It was also the first time I ever got to ride in a limo. That was a fun and memorable time for me, the years following I was a flower girl 2 more times. -
Moving into a big house
This was a happy event in my life, because this is the first time we were moving into a big house; especially one with big pool, and a huge backyard. When we moved we were very sad, because over the years that we lived there we had many parties and lots of sleepovers, and it was our dream house. We never thought that we would move back into a big house like this one, but we did, -
First Cruise
This was a significant event in my life because it was the first cruise that I had ever went on. It was also a very secial time for me because we had cruised on the day of my 9th birthday, and they had surprised me by dressing up our room, and having a birthday cake.It wasn't only just my family crusing, but we were alsoe cruising with my uncle and his family, and we were very close to them. -
Cottage
This was a vey happy time of my life, because we had bought a cottage up in Parry Sound on Georgian Bay. Noone in the family had ever had a cottage before, and so we were the first ones. So we were very excited to invite the family to see it. The next year after we bought the cottage, we had a big birthday party for my sister there and it was a fun and memorable time.Everyone that we invited came and they all had a lot of fun, with the activites that we had planned. -
Going to umraa
This was a significant event in my life, because doing umraa is one of the 5 pilgrims in Islam, and we were doing that. It was also an amazing feeling to actually be standing right in front of the ka'baa rather than seeing it on t.v. or from pictures. -
Graduation
This was a happy but also a sad time of my life. It was happy because I was graduating elementary school, and I was soon going into highschool. It was sad for me, because some people that I knew for 3 years were not coming to the same school as me, so would miss them. My graduation was a fun time that I spent with friends and teachers, -
Starting Highschool
This was a special day for me because it was my first day of hisghschool. I was going to make new friends, have different classes and everything was new all over again. It would be a new way of learning for me, and it was a new experience for me
