My School Life

  • 1st Grade

    I met my best friend in this grade and we're still good friends today.

  • 3rd Grade

    I got hives during my first EOG. Everyone said I was excessively nervous for the test!

  • 4th Grade

    Mrs. Yencha let me read the Harry Potter Books.

  • 7th Grade Soccer

    This was the first year that I could play on the school soccer team. I played through high school and a lot of my best memories are from athletics.

  • 8th Grade

    I lost a little bit of weight and gained a little more self-confidence. More than before that is.

  • 10th Grade English Class

    This was the first English class that I liked since Middle School. This class reestablished my love for reading.

  • 11th Grade Athletics

    Athletics did great this year. We went to the finals in soccer. Basketball made the finals. My 4x8 team was all-state. Lot's of fun after school.

    This is the day I officially joined the College of Ed at NCSU
