My Own Odyssey!

  • Start to Get Prepared

    Start to Get Prepared
I received my backpack and sleeping bag for christmas. Buy passport for $110. Spend about $40 on food, consisting of stove-top stuffing and rice mixes, tuna, crackers, raisins, dried fruit, granola bars, oatmeal, m&m's, and jolly ranchers. I would also need to buy a tent, matches, and first-aid kit, which would add up to about $151.Then you have to make sure to pack your nalgene, hiking boots, and warm clothes that you can layer.

  • Reflection

I have found that planning your own trip takes a lot more research than I ever expected. Also a lot of time and not as much money as i thought it would be. The only thing is is that now that I've planned out this whole trip it makes me excited for when I do actually get to toake this trip. The only difference is is that I'm going to take at least one person with me when I take this trip.
