  • My birth

Born on March 3rd, 2001 at Shawnee Mission Medical Center
  • I was diagnosed with ADHD and dysgraphia

I was diagnosed with ADHD and dysgraphia
Sometime in the middle of first grade my teacher noticed some things about my behavior and told my mother, to where I was soon diagnosed with ADHD and Dysgraphia.
  • I begin playing the clarinet

    I begin playing the clarinet
I'm still not entirely sure why I joined band, but at the time my reason was because squidward played it, and eventually I moved to saxophone in sixth grade, but I do not regret joining band, not one bit.
  • Diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder

    Diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder
It had been building for a while and I was eventually diagnosed with GAD after a pretty big melt down my 8th grade year. Thankfully though, things have gotten a lot better.
  • Received my CNA License from CAPS

Received my CNA License from CAPS
It was a fantastic and very fun journey! I joined the program at caps due to an interest in the nursing profession, and I absolutely adored the program! While I'm still deciding my future career, I do know that nursing could still be an option.
  • I am attending the University of Nebraska Lincoln this coming fall

My father went to UNL so it sorta has always been an option, and it was just far enough from home yet still within reach so it felt like the perfect fit. I plan on majoring in psychology and music, as I quite like both.
  • What does my timeline tell about myself?

I'd say my timeline defines a lot of the essentials of me. The reason I like psychology so much is because of being diagnosed with the psychological in the past didn't make me resent it, it made me even more interested in them and psychology as a whole. I like to learn from my downfalls and trials.
  • How different would it be if I changed one or two events?

To be honest, if I could change anything it would be the GAD diagnosis, however as explained in the first question, it also helped me become more interested in my current planned field of study, so I don't feel like I would change any events. I don't dell on my past, I like to learn off it.
  • How flexible or fixed is my future?

To be honest, my future is more flexible then fixed. I'm more here to be apart of the journey and go with the flow. I know what I like and I know what I want to pursue in study, and I do also really want to move to a different country, as a change of pace for the live I would have led up until that point. So I suppose I would like all these things to happen, but I got my whole life to live so I'm in no rush.
  • Move to Wales

    Move to Wales
I have been interested in moving countries for a long time. Although I love America, I don't exactly want to stay in the same place for my entire life. Ideally I'd move there before I'm 30, but depending on what all happens I'd be happy to move whenever, although perhaps I could even do my graduate school in England.
  • I hope to become a Music Therapist after finishing grad school

I hope to become a Music Therapist after finishing grad school
As a profession, I feel like music therapy suits me best, as it keeps the two things I love the most with me, music and psychology, and even the clinical aspect of helping others.
  • Hope to one day get married

Most likely I'd prefer to be married before I'm 30, but whatever happens happens, so I'm just along for the ride.
  • I hope to one day have 2 children

Though I'm not entirely sure when, I'd say sometime in my late 30's early 40's is when I would prefer to have children.
