Week 1: Introduction to Communications Technology
During our first week in ICT, we tackled the Introduction to Communications Technology. I learned a lot of things during our discussion. Aside from knowing the information of ICT, I also learned the different online platforms of the World Wide Web, The trends in Information and Communications Technology, Online, Safety, Security, Ethics, Etiquettes and the key words that I need to be familiarize. -
Week 1: Introduction to Communications Technology (end)
In module one, it helps me to be aware about the different types of virus, crimes, malware software's etc. that might happen in my computer, the proper rules that I should follow when using technology and the six types of social media. Accessing, presenting, and exchanging information is skills that I develop or improve in this module. -
Week 2: Used of Advanced Tools and Techniques
During the second week, our module topic is all about the Used of Advanced Tools and Techniques. I learned the different search engines that we can use especially for students to search and find information easily. In our discussion in lesson 4 I learned the tools and techniques such as mail merge, custom animations, hyperlinking in presentations and many more. -
Week 2: Used of Advanced Tools and Techniques ( continuation )
The last lesson in this module is about Manipulating Text, Graphics and Images to Create ICT content. In this lesson I learned a lot of things such as how to make better graphic designs by considering and applying the basic terms and principles of graphic & layout, the definition of infographics, their elements, different types of it and some tips when designing infographics. -
Week 2: Used of Advanced Tools and Techniques ( end )
Also the different online file formats for images and text such as jpeg, png, and gif. The Principles and Techniques of Images Manipulation was also discussed such as airbrushing double exposure etc. . Overall, this module helps me to improve my skills in creating, designing, and doing layouts graphic design because of the techniques. -
Week 3: Online Platforms as Tools for ICT Content Development
During the third of our ICT discussion, the module topic is all about Online Platforms As Tools for ICT Content Development. In this topic from lesson 6, I learned the Principles and Techniques of Designs like the things that we need to consider when we are creating designs such as white space etc. -

the online social platforms and the nature & purpose of online platforms and application. Overall, this lesson helps me to develop and gain knowledge in different platforms. It also enhances my skills in creating designs and layouts.
