My 40's
This is an important time when preventing health problems is a major part of your life. Going to the doctor and getting checked out is a major part of this part of your life because you are more prone to have health problems. For exercise I want to keep doing 45 minutes of exercise every day. For what I am eating I want to stay as healthy as possible, so avoid fast food places and also keep eating healthy. -
My 50's
For my 50's a lot of the older goals still are the same, but they are just harder to keep. For exercise I am going to lower the time from 45 min to 30 min. I think that by doing this I become better off because you start to reach the age where you get tired more easily and have overall less energy. Diet wise I want to keep eating healthy and start to strictly stay away from high sodium foods. I would like to start a fruit for morning routine at this age also. I will stay away from drugs. -
My 60's
This is the age of relaxation. Sadly this is also the age where declining physical and mental health will start to happen. This is when your earlier lifestyle choices will really start to affect you. I will make sure to keep exercising, of course the exercise has to be a different type of exercise. It can be a simple 30 min walk. Keep eating healthy, i will start to limit the amount o processed foods that I am eating. I will focus on eating fruits and vegetables as the main part of my meals.
