This is the beginning of this timeline, and the day I begin to plan my future health plans.

I will be in the prime of my life. In my 20's, I will have either a job or be in college. Regardless, I will need to be in tip-top shape. So, I will visit the doctor regularly, but get checked-out every 5 years. Then, I will start eating more fruits/vegetables to keep my mind sharp. Lastly, I will start going to the gym every other day to ensure my body is fit and in shape. The main thing I cannot do is stress out, or all the work I put in is useless.

In my 30's, I should have a sustainable job, and possibly a family. So, I will still visit the doctor regularly, and get checked out every 5 years. I will regularly get checked out for STIs, and ensure my spouse does too. To ensure I don't die early, my 'diet' consists of fruits/vegetables, lean meat, and calcium. I will still work out at the gym, except every 3 days due to family.

In my 40's, there really isn't much. I will have to go to the doctor more, get examined every 2-3 years, amd still get checked out for STIs. In my 40's, I will be healthy due to my past diets and exercise. However, I will need to keep it up if I want to be healthy in the future. So, more fruits/vegetables, and still exercising, although not as often.

My 50's is an odd time period. I am most certain my testosterone will be down, so no more checking for STIs. More fiber will be implemented into my diet, and much less working out. I will need to get examined every other year in order to ensure my health is okay, and I don't have any chronic diseases.

If all goes to plan, the 60's are an easy path. Retirement! Grandchildren! Coasting and cruising, right? Nope. Yearly examinations, tons of fiber, small exercising to prevent arthritis and parkinsons, and hoping all goes well. The rest of life is unpredictable as every person lives to a certain age before keeping health up doesn't prevent the inevitable.
