Period: to
20s
Go to the doctor a few times every year to get a check-up to get vaccines, screenings, and to make sure to prevent other problems. I will also eat healthy, exercise and sleep as much as possible during this period. I will keep my mental, spiritual, and social health up too. I will try to keep the sun off of me and not get sunburnt, and keep the sound not very loud to ruin my ears later in life. I will also not stay up late for college studying. Don't drink soda and other drinks like that often. -
Period: to
30s
This period will be hard because children and a stressful job will likely hurt the amount of sleep I am able to get, however I will have more time to exercise and eat healthy since I would be out of college and free of those distractions. I need to continue to get check ups with my doctor and make sure I am not getting and weird skin developments. -
Period: to
40s
At this point I need to watch hearing problems and continue going to the doctors a few times yearly to make sure I have no other health issues. I will need to continue to drink and eat healthy, and maintain a better sleep schedule since babies won't be crying to keep me up at night and the job will be less stressful. I will need to watch health problems as this is something that runs in my family. -
Period: to
50s
Same as 40s except mental, spiritual and social health up as it could get very lonely without the kids when they go off to their jobs or college. I need to continue to watch weights and hearing problems, as well as skin problems and go to the doctor still. -
Period: to
60s
Not much changes from the 50s to the 60s except I will come under much more risk of weight, exercise, hearing and other problems such as cancer as I grow older. Doctor check-ups are probably the most important during this period of my life, because I am at more risk too.
