Volunteering
Throughout my life I'll try to volunteer to improve my sense of helpfulness and increase my moral standards. It's also a good way to relieve stress. -
Balanced Eating
I'll have balanced meals of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins to ensure that my body will not wear down too quickly, It is essential that I consume less carbohydrates in the evening to reduce risks of some diseases. When I'm young, I will need lots of protein for muscle building as well. -

What I'll do:
1. medical checkups every two years
2. dental and vision checking every year
3. exercise daily or every other day
4. eat a healthy balanced meal with carbs, protein, and fat
5. avoid substances like tobacco, alcohol, and drugs
6. maintain a healthy and restrained sex life
7. have ongoing relationships with a partner, friends, and family
8. not take any risks for no reason
9. follow healthy sleeping and working habits
10. be emotionally stable
11. pay my bills on time
12. enjoy life -
Medical Checkups

What I'll do:
1. be in a happy marriage with a loved partner
2. maybe have a kid or two
3. care with how I work and rest
4. eat healthy, balanced meals
5. exercise regularly
6. be at a healthy BMI
7. no risk taking, including drugs, tobacco, and alcohol
8. medical checkups every year and a half
9. vision, hearing, and dental checkups every year
10. be a good person in all relationships
11. participate in volunteer events every so often to boost my moral and relieve stress
12. careful in the sun -
Cancer and Diabetes Screenings

Children

Hearing Tests and Checkups
Once I'm forty, I'll have to get my hearing tested out twice every three years to ensure that I'm not experiencing hearing loss. -

What I'll do:
1. have a stable and happy family
2. medical checkups, including cancer screenings, every year
3. maintain healthy eating habits
4. exercise at least every other day
5. schedule my life so that I don't overwork myself
6. get enough rest and time off to relieve stress
7. dental checkups every year
8. vision and hearing screenings every two years
9. teach my kids to behave the right way
10. still stay away from substance abuse
11. consult a doctor for pain/illness

Eating Healthy
After I turn fifty, I'll lower the amount of salt and grease I consume on a daily basis than I had to reduce risks for diseases like heart disease. I will also increase my intake on vitamins and minerals such as calcium through food to improve my bones. -

What I'll do:
1. eat and drink balanced meals of carbs, protein, and fat
2. exercise not as much, but still at least four times a week
3. yearly body checkups
4.cancer and disease screenings every other year
5. sleep well
6. rest to manage stress
7. interact with family
8. avoid constant shining from the sun
9. check cholesterol and blood sugar levels every so often
10. careful immunizations and disease control
11. no or small alcohol consumption
12. no use of substances like tobacco and drugs -
Period: to
60s
What I'll do:
1. eat healthy
2. sleep more
3. probably retire in my late sixties
4. have regular health screenings, including for different kinds of cancer, heart disease, diabetes, etc
5. have a good social life to improve mental health
6. not get angry or agitated too often
7. no extreme things like roller coasters
8. stay in moderate sunlight and away from possible radiation
9. hearing and vision exams every other year
10. have a couple of grandchildren
11. do volunteer work
12. enjoy life -
Safety in Retirement
I'll retire hopefully around 65 and live life to the fullest without any risks. I'll enjoy time with my family and hopefully my kids will be able to enjoy their own life. copyright free photo from pixabay.com
