Freshman Year
It all started Freshman year of high school, I was a 5'2" tall freshman weighing in at a solid 110 pounds. I was just starting my career and did not know a thing about the profession -
Of course we had our fun
We always founs fun ways to keep ourselves entertained while keeping our athletes first -
Sophomore Year
My knowledge was starting to increase rapidly as I began to learn more about the human body, athletes, athletic injuries, emergency responses, and rehabilitation. -
Keeping our skills Sharpe
Although not a requirement to be a student athletic training aide, I was Basic Life Support certified and had to keep my skills sharp to always be ready. -
Junior Year
This year I had personal medical problems and I was not learning as much at I could learn, however, I still went after school to the Athletic Training Room whenever I was at school. -
Giving Back
Even though my position as a Student Athletic Training Aide at York Comprehensive High School was 100% volunteer, I still had time to give back to the community by managing with Blood Drives. -
Senior Year
The most rewarding year of my life. -
This is when I shined!
My experience, knowledge, and dedication to York Sports Medicine finally paid off. -
