My American Government Timeline

  • The Uprising

As of today, there is no war in my country. But there is however on major conflict. The citizens of the country had a problem with the fact that there is no communication and a lot of secrecy.
  • Voicing their opinions

The people in my country have decided they wanted a democracy and that they wanted to vote for someone to be the higher power.
  • Period: to

    Making the plan

They brought themselves together and started to make a plan. The people wanted to create roles in the government to allow it to run as smoothly as possible.
  • Roles in the making

The people of the country have finally decided which roles belong in the government. They decided on a president, vice president and a speaker of the house (of representatives).
  • Selecting best fit

Throughout the states, people campaigned on why they should be selected to be the president of the United States. One by one, each campaigner dropped from the election, until there were about 3 in every state.
  • Rules for the Campaigners

The rules are simple. You can be wealthy or non-wealthy. You have to be educated and organized. You have to be the age of 25 or older to run and you can be either male or female to run or vote.
  • Election Day

Today, all of the people running for President, Vice President and Speaker of the House will tell the country why they think they are the best choice for their selected position. People will go to the center of their city and take their vote on who they see is best fit. Voters have 26 hours to go to the voting station and cast their vote. At the end of those 26 hours, votes will be tallied up, and the winners will be announced.
