Music Video Production Schedule

  • Final Planning Completion

    We will be making the necessary changes highlighted in our pitch feedback. This time will also be used in order to finalise our storyboard and work out costume changes (i.e. when they will be done).

  • Equipment Preperation

    On this date, the equipment will be collected. We will be using a camera, fig rig, top-light and a tripod. Daniyal will also ensure that his DSLR is ready in order to take photos for ancillaries.
  • Filming

    We will be filming in the Olympic Park on this day. There will be base tracks filmed in and around the park throughout the day as well as cut-aways to the areas around. Photos for ancillaries will be taken on this day.
  • Filming

    We will be filming the more "dingy" part of pur video on this day. We will film in Stratford, near the Olympic Park in order to show the stark contrast between the two areas. We plan to film two or three base tracks here and some cut-aways. Photos for ancillaries will be taken on this day.
  • Editing

    We plan to begin our editing stages of the video on this day. We will be lining up our base tracks in the editing software and evaluating our filming. We will then review if anything needs to be filmed again.
  • Evaluation

    This day will be used in order to evaluate our filming further and, if neccesary, plan our re-shooting. (Production schedule will be updated accordingly).
  • Filming/Editing

    This day will either be used in order to re-shoot certain shots or continue editing. (Production schedule will be updated accordingly).
  • Editing

    If a re-shoot has taken place, this time will be used to line up the base tracks. If not then we will continue editing. (Production schedule will be updated accordingly).
  • Re-Shoot Day - TBC

    This day will be a re-shoot day, if neccesary as college is closed. (Production schedule will be updated accordingly).
  • Editing

    We will continue editing (if a re shoot hasn't happened). (Production schedule will be updated accordingly).
  • Rough Cut Deadline

    This day will be used in order to make final changes to our edit and submit our rough cut.
  • Evaluation

    This time will be used to evaluate our rough cut and to get feedback from teachers and other students.
  • Editing

    We will use this time to make changes that were highlighted in the feedback and evaluation of the first rough cut.
  • FINAL DEADLINE

    Final changes will be made on this day and we will submit our final video.
