This is the day Notch(Markus persson) Founded mojang and started the prgramming on Cave game, inspired by infini-miner. -
Jeb into mojang
Notch then became friends with Jeb(Jens Bergensten) and turned Cave game into: Minecraft: Order of the stone. -
Minecraft changes
When Notch and Jeb looked at minecraft: Order of the stone, they thought 'Why not just minecraft?' so then they renamed it to minecraft. -
Steve, the default skin.
Since the game was renamed to Minecraft, Notch and Jeb thought of a default skin. They wanted an ordinary man with ordianry looks, so they made Steve. -
Pretty scary update!!!
This is the halloween update, where Minecraft became a better game than it was before, adding 20 new blocks and 2 new items and 2 portals to travel in plus more mobs. -
Minecraft's big update
Notch and Jeb were working on this for so long, and they finnaly completed the biggest update for minecraft. Several things were added, such as emerals and emerald stuffs. This was the biggest update that had ever been created by Notch and Jeb. -
The Horse update
The horse update was made after the biggest update, and had added a new mob, Horses. Notch and Jeb thought of this and made it real for the game. It was'nt a big update, but it was still something.
