    The 300 KVA lab was proposed by IRESEN based on a consultancy which took the KOICA budget under consideration. Going from 300 KVA to a 30 KVA lab is somehow a failure to us, especially that our goal within IRESEN is to build cutting edged laboratories that will contribute to the enhancement of Moroccan researchers, engineers and industrials.
