The Mexican Revolution begins as they go against the President Porfirio Diaz. The railroads that they use to use are now being used to serve as the main escape of violence. Thousand of Mexicans go across the border to be safe and start a new life. -

The United States government begins to deport Mexicans. They deported between 300,000 and 500,000 Mexican Americans who would be forced out of the United States in the 1930s. -

The Bracero Program encouraged Mexicans to work in America and the number of migrants from Mexico began to increase again. The Bracero Program brought 5,000,000 temporary Mexican laborers to work on their farms and railroads in the United States. The Bracero Program continued for 22 years to help the US economy -
