1/5/13: merchant is saying the terminal is running slow. I installed LogMeIn and i also updated the software. 1/14/13: Blue screen of death. Powerdown terminal and restarted. Working fine. 1/25/13: Called the merchant as per a call back that was requested. got Aidelina, she explains that it after sometimes, when it is not used, when she comes back to wake up the screen it does not react at all. she would need to resart it. i remoted in via log me in and came acrosss all the powersettings and p
