Mentor's Timeline

1st year teacher.

Aug 15, 2002

I was inducted into the NTIP (New Teacher Induction Program) program and received graduate credit for participating. I was signed a district mentor-Bonnie Tate.

2nd year teacher

Aug 14, 2003

I continued in the NTIP program. Bonnie Tate remained by mentor and became a huge role model for me.

3rd year teacher

Aug 15, 2004

I started teaching at Dolby Elementary. I was provided with a Lighthouse mentor. (Trudy Phelps)

4th year teacher

Aug 16, 2005

I moved to first grade in August of 2005. I still was in the mentor care of Trudy Phelps. She helped me tremendously in this first year of 1st grade.

Administrative Assistant

I became an administrative assistant for the principal and assistant principal. I am currently enjoying this position and have already learned so much.
