John Knox became the leader of Scottish reformation and then later turned the church into Calvinism. -

St. Bartholomew’s Day Massacre
The Catholics started to disagree with the Huguenots and later hunting and killed many of them for months. -
Edict of Nantes
The Huguenots has been fighting with the Catholics for many years but then Henry of Navarre the leader of the Huguenots later converted, and the Catholics excepted him as king. Then 1598 henrys Edict of Nantes granted religious freedom to protestents.
