The Admin/Tech Team will create a Google Form in order to gather staff data, and information. Some of the questions will include:
1. What technology do you currently use in your classroom?
2. How often do you you use technology based lessons?
3. What is some technology you would like to try with your classes?
4. What are your feelings regarding technology in your classroom?
5. What are your concerns regarding technology?
6. How can we as a team help you integrate more technology? -

Meet with admin and tech team to sort through the survey results. Formulate a plan to address the concerns and start implementing three tech tools shared at the conference. -
Google Ed Tech Conference
Send all teachers to the Google Ed Tech Conference. -
Cypess Technology Staff Meeting
Present three tech tools that we saw at the Ed Tech Conference. Have teachers collaborate on using a tech tool in their lessons every day for a week in their grade level teams. Tell the staff which day you will be coming in to observe and coach them. -

End of the Year Technology Staff Meeting
Remind the staff of our technology implementation and vision. Ask the staff for their "wish lists" for technology tools. Gather wish lists for ordering on 7/1/2019 for the next school year. Lastly, address concerns and kudos on using the tech tools in their classrooms. -

Send all teachers to a professional Development pertaining to technology in the classroom. -
Teacher Reveal
Have several different tech ideas available to the teachers demos for each. Have the tech team and admin available to assist the teachers in setting technology up in the classrooms before school starts. -
School Starts
Hello Students. Have the teachers say "hello" and introduce themselves using a tech tool in their classrooms. -
Staff Technology Meeting
Have the teachers by grade level share out and show off the newest technology being used in their grade level. -

Ask the Staff:

2. How often do you use technology in your lessons?
3. What are your concerns? How can we help? -
Google Ed Tech Conference
Attend the Google Ed Tech Conference to gather more ideas and tips on using technology in the classroom. -
Staff Technology Meeting
Have the teachers collaborate and share out new ideas they learned from the tech conference or have discovered by themselves... Help incorporate these new tools into the classroom. -
Google Survey
Ask the staff to choose a tech tool project to showcase at the winter festival. This festival will show off the use of technology in the classrooms and be open to the community, parents, and district personnel. -

Winter Tech Showcase
Showcase where students, teachers, and Cypress gets to share with the community how we implement technology into our classrooms at Cypress. -

Staff Technology Meeting
Final staff meeting where we look back on our year, our vision, and our goals. We take a look at the data and how technology has impacted our teaching, students, school, and community. Make a new vision, goals, and discuss changes and how we can improve.
