    Regal Period

    The period of time where Rome was ruled by Kings.
  • Period: 500 BCE to 1 BCE

    Republic Times

    Ruled by Consoles and Senate. There was lots of conflict in this time due to the Empire expanded to reach power.
  • Period: 1 CE to 400

    Roman Empire

    In 285 AD the Empire was divided into the Western and Eastern Roman Empire. Visigoths destroyed the city of Rome in 410 AD.
