  • SIMON'S DEATH

Ralph and Piggy make their way up Castle Rock and see the pig's head on the stake, and realize that the feast was intended to be a sacrifice to the beast. Fear takes over and they find Simon, thinking he's the beast, and beat him to death.

  • HUNTING RALPH / RESCUE

The hunters decide to shift their focus and hunt Ralph instead of pigs, since he is a threat to their way of living. Ralph tries to reason with Jack about coming together and being one tribe again, but he doesn't care and just wants to hunt to feed people. The hunters set the island on fire in an attempt to smoke Ralph out. Ralph comes into the open and spots a navel officer, who rescues them. if they hadn't been rescued, the fire would've taken them out and there wouldn't be an island left.
