First Strategy
"It must be on your terms" (Health Unit 2 page 11). Therefore I plan to slowly but surely become more engaged in school and put myself out there more by joining a club or something interactive. I will be able to see my growth by seeing next semester or year if I joined a club or not. -
Second Strategy
"Connect goals to the ultimate currency: happiness" (Health Unit 2 page 12). I believe that becoming more involved in the social aspect will help me meet more people thus resulting in hopefully more friends which then may result in a happier life. -
Third Strategy
" Think through a simple list of life priorities, which may include things like family, friends, faith, health, education, profession..." (Health Unit 2 page 12). This goal will not only help me gain friends for my future but also improve my people skills which will most likely affect my job which is to hopefully becoming a psychiatrist. -
Fourth Strategy
"Dream big, but start small" (Health Unit 2 page 13). I believe my goal of simply joining a club in high school is something that may seem small in the eyes of people in the present but it the future it could cause a chain reaction to occur in my life. -
Fifth Strategy
"Take stock along the way" (Health Unit 2 page 13).I will try not to gain anxiety while on this quest to complete this goal because I have the support of my family and my friends to put myself out there.
