Before ever starting a health plan you always go make sure what you want to lose and what you want to gain from your new health plan -
Find a friend
"It may take up to 12 months to start Feeling healthy"(Section2,pg10) I think if your going to start a health plan why not start a journey with a brother or someone you know personally .
I feel like you need a partner so you guys can push each other to improve and not give up also stay eating right. -
My smart goals
"Important thing is this are your goals"(Section3,pg11)Smart goals that I set for myself was starting to go to the gym since I was usually lazy my brother pushed me to go and that were having a partner for a health plan is good because he pushes me to do things and staying consistent with what I do like eating right. Also is doing good in school I really never did my homework I used to just get home and start to play but That has all changed now I put school as my main priority.
