Preventive Health Care For Your 20's
Exercise regularly and maintain healthy weight in orrder to prevent heart disease or diabetes.
Foods that contain: fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean protein and low- or nonf at dairy products.
Include these nutrients inyour diet; protein, calcium, potassium, healthy omega-3

Healthy Living in Your 30's
These are the years where metabolism slows dowm and losing weight is more difficult. Maintain a healthy weight because overweight/obese increases risk for diabetes, heart diseases, arthiritis, and cancers.
Eat healthy, an array of the food pyramid and essential minerals and nutrients.
Reduce your salt intake.
Get about 6-8 hours of sleep a night and try naps in the afternoon. -
Preventing Health Problems
Quit or continue to not smoke!
Wear sunscreen daily to prevent premature aging of the skin.
Drink alcohol no more than 2 or 1 a day.
Don't do drugs and use prescribed drugs as directed.
Reduce as much stress as possible.
