    I will eat a healthy, lowfat diet filled with lean red meats as well as healthy whole grains. I will try to eat a bowl of cheerios with skim milk and a glass of grapefruit juice every morning for breakfast, and exercise every day for at least two hours.

    As I exit the prime of my life and start nearing middle age, I will exercise more to try to retain some of my physical prowess, and I will begin eating healthier too. I will start to watch my calorie intake, and I will manage my Cholesterol intake better as well.

    During this time span, I will try to continue doing the same things I did during my 30s. I will exercise for at least two hours every day and watch what I eat more carefully. I will also increase the number of doctors visits I take every year.

    Decade 50s-60s

    In my 50s I will begin exercising with more frequency in my efforts to stave off father time, and I will eat almost exclusively things found on the food pyramid that are healthy, such as healthy whole grains and red meat. My doctors visits will also increase to three times a year.

    As I enter my senior years, it will be more important than ever to work out daily, and to eat right. I will completely cut out red meat at this stage, and work out at least once a day.
