She passed away of cancer because she smoked too much.

I’m going to start eating healthier and drink 8 bottles of water each day.

I’m going to stop being home all day and try to start walking and jogging.

Hopefully by Early august I will be 20-25 pounds lighter and healthier then I was about 2 months ago.

Stop drinking sodas and juices fro good until December 2015 or New Years.

by this time i will be 16 and hppefuly when i get my yearly check up my insulin will be lower then it was for this years check up.

By the time I’m 30, I hope not to have diabetes and see myself coaching my kids some volleyball or soccer, and helping them understand what’s right to eat.

By the time I’m around 50-60 I honestly hope that I am the healthiest person alive, I will never eat junk food, take out, fast food and all that bad stuff
