    Start of the 20's
    In your 20's:
    Healthy Eating:
    ~ Maintain a healthy diet by limiting fast foods and processed foods and eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and low or non-fat dairy products.
    Physical Activity:
    ~ Get plenty of exercise (at least 30 mins on every day of the week) and vary your exercises
    Preventive Health Care:
    ~ Have gynecological exam every 2-3 years
    ~ Get your teeth cleaned every 6-12 months
    ~ Get hearing, vision, and health checked as needed

    Start of the 30's
    In your 30's:
    Healthy Eating:
    ~ Maintain a healthy diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables
    ~ Essential vitamins and minerals include: iron, folic acid, calcium, potassium, B vitamins, vitamin D, fiber, and healthy omega-3 fats.
    Physical Activity:
    ~ Get at least 30-60 mins of physical activity on most days of the week
    Preventive Health Care:
    ~ Get a gynecological exam as recommended
    ~ Get your teeth cleaned every 6-12 months
    ~ Get hearing and vision checked as recommended

    Start of the 40's
    In your 40's:
    Healthy Eating:
    ~ Maintain a healthy diet
    ~ Drink alcohol only in moderation
    Physical Activity:
    ~ Exercise regularly
    Preventive Health Care:
    ~ Get all exams as needed and recommended
    ~ Get cholesterol, diabetes, and blood pressure checked regularly

    In your 50's:
    Healthy Eating:
    ~ Maintain a healthy diet
    ~ Drink alcohol only in moderation
    ~ Cut down on sodium intakes
    ~ Take vitamins
    Physical Activity:
    ~ Exercise regularly (30-60 mins on most days of the week)
    Preventive Health Care:
    ~ Get all exams as needed and recommended
    ~ Get cholesterol, diabetes, and blood pressure checked regularly
    ~ Get enough sleep
    ~ Make sure to get vaccinations

    Start of the 60's
    In your 60's
    Healthy Eating:
    ~ Maintain a healthy diet with a variety of foods including plenty of fruits and vegetables
    ~ Drink alcohol only in moderation
    ~ Quit smoking
    Physical Activity:
    ~ Exercise regularly (At least 30 mins on most days)
    Preventive Health Care:
    ~ Get all exams as needed and recommended
    ~ See health care provider on a regular
    ~ Get cholesterol, diabetes, and blood pressure checked regularly
