    30s
Your 30s may be times where stress is high. Relax, make time for yourself, and balance your responsibilities with things that you love. Keep an eye on your body mass, blood pressure, and cholesterol, eat low-fat foods, exercise regularly, and don't smoke. My focus will be on exercising the muscles, eating heart-healthy foods, and preventing stress-related problems.

    40s
In your 40s, problems with vision can begin to occur. Eating a diet high in antioxidants and lycopene (a pigment found in red fruits and vegetables, especially gac fruit) can slow down vision loss, and improve cognition. Likewise with your 30s, exercise, blood pressure, and cholesterol is very important. I will focus on maintaining healthy muscles, a healthy heart, and healthy eyesight, I will eat foods that improve eyesight and are heart healthy, and I will prevent high blood pressure.
  • 50s

In your 50s, you should start adding more vitamin B12 (which helps the nervous system and red blood cells,) and iron in your daily supplements, cut back on salt for a healthy heart, and eat more calcium and vitamin D to slow down bone degeneration. The Mediterranean Diet can be a really effective diet at this time. I will focus on having healthy bones, and a healthy heart by exercising, and I will prevent bone degeneration by eating dairy products.

    60s
In your 60s, the habits you picked up in your 40s and 50s will benefit you. Your main concerns in your 60s are your bones, muscles, heart, and fiber. Exercise regularly, maintain a healthy weight, get plenty of calcium, vitamin D, and vitamin C, and maintain healthy fiber levels. My focus will be on a healthy diet for my bones, and exercise for my muscles and heart. I will get plenty of fiber, and maintain a healthy weight.
