    Physical Activity: Go on frequent jogs/runs throughout the week to stay active. Try out different types of classes with friends like yoga or cycling.
    Health Care: Go to a gynocologist to have a full check up and continue on birth control.
  • Early 30's Checkup

    Early 30's Checkup
    Healthy Eating: Continue to maintain a balanced diet of lean meats and lots of fruits and veggies. Drink lots of water. Include foods rich in iron, phytonutrients, and folate as you begin to juggle the real world.
    Physical Activity: Walk your dog every other day and jog once or twice on the weekends. Indulge in a yoga class twice a week to prevent stress.
    Preventative Health Care: Talk to your doctor about kids and pregnancy if you haven't already and get an annual checkup.

    Healthy Eating: Cook a bunch of healthy lunches and breakfasts at the beginning of the week as you will be very busy with kids and work. Drink a lot of water and keep healthy snacks like nuts and yogurt on hand.
    Physical Activity: Walk/jog with the dog and kids a couple times a week and join a kickboxing class to get in some intense workout.
    Health Care: Talk to your doctor about routine check ups and continue on birth control.

    Healthy Eating: Eat less sodium and more potassium like in bananas to lower blood pressure, stroke and heart attack risk. Eat lowfat yogurts and drink milk to get your daily intake of calcium. Drink more water. Stick to healthy grains, fruits, veggies, and lean protein for meals.
    Physical Activity: Go for a walk most days or a hike on the weekends. Try to do some type of physical activity each day to stay healthy.
    Health Care: Talk to your doctor about early signs of menopause.
