Medical Health
For my medical check-ups I am going to get checked every 2 years to make sure that I don't have anything wrong with my body. And I am going to Have a gynecological exam, clinical breast exam and Pap test every 2 to 3 years. -
Eating Healthy
I will be making sure that I am eating all of the right foods so that I can be a good role model for my child and so that I can ensure that she knows how he/she should be eating. I will also be eating the right amount of food so that I don't gain weight and become unhealthy. -
Mental Health
To make sure that I am going to have a good mental health regimen I am going to make sure to make time for myself every day of the week and I am also going to make sure to spend time with my loved ones so that I am always happy and keep drama out of my life. -
Dental Health
During the time span of my 20's to my 30's I will be going to the dentist to make sure that i don't have any cavities that I need to worry about and that my teeth are still straight form the Invisalign I had when I was 15. -
Physical Health
For this decade of my life I am going to make sure that I get enough exercise every week by exercising for 4 days out of the week to ensure that I do not have any problems when I am older. -

During the time span of my 30's to my 40's I will be going to the dentist every 12 months to make sure that my teeth are doing okay and that I don't need to fix any cavities. -
Physical Health
I will be trying to get as mush exercise as I can during these years because I don't want my bones to become weak and I am going to take vitamins to make me stronger while I am getting my exercise. -
30th Birthday

I plan to be married and have a child by my early to mid-twenties so I will be raising my child and making sure that I have time to myself and I am able to handle stress by mediating and doing yoga to help me relax. -

But I know that my body won't be the same as it used to be so I will do less strenuous things so that I don't hurt myself. -
Mental Health
IN this time of my life I plan to still be doing yoga and mediation to help relax and clear my mind of all of the stress that I will probably have during my 40's. And since my child will be a lot older, I think they will be able to do things for themselves so I won't have to be stressed out by them as much. -

I will be doing a lot less strenuous things so that I don't hurt myself. I will just be doing enough so that My body can stay strong and so that I don't have problems with my body. -

I am going to be eating all of the things that are providing me with the right amount of nutrients so that I stay healthy and at a good weight for my age. -
Mental Health
At this age I am going to surround myself with all of my loved ones everyday so that I will stay happy and not become lonely. And I plan to mediate at this age as well. -
