It is vital o eat a diet including grains, lean protein, and low or non-fat dairy products. Take in nutrients such as iron,B12 and reduce salt. Exercise regularly. Do NOT smoke or use tobacco products, wear sunscreen, drink in moderation, and avoid illegal drugs. Reduce stress and monitor your Body Mass Index and blood pressure to maintain a happy and healthy life.

    40 really creeps up on us fast. Healthy habits like eating right, exercising regularly, getting enough sleep, not smoking, and wearing your seat belt can help reduce your risk of chronic medical conditions. Contact your health care provider is you notice weird changes in your body. Start looking back at your family history to be aware of genetic traits that you might carry. Get most exams and screenings between 2-5 years.

    Now we have reached a middle point in or life and it has become vital t o eat healthy, stay active (physically with a walk and mentally with hobbies such as painting), maintain a healthy weight, don't smoke, get plenty of sleep, and reduce stress, and drink in moderation. It is now common to get abnormal blood sugar levels, chronic pain, changes in vision, heart disease, osteoporosis, and thyroid problems. Get check ups and screens approx. every 2-5 years or as recommended .

    Here, our golden years of retirement have come. Sadly, aging increases the risk for certain health problems including heart disease, arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis, cancers, etc. It is important to know the warning signs of medical conditions. You can try to prevent this as much as possible by maintaining a healthy weight, exercise, eat healthy, see your health provider frequently, and always wear a seat belt.
