    -Preventative Healthcare: yearly breast exams and regular gynecological exams
    -Tips:
    •moderate your drinking
    •get enough rest
    •meditate when stressed
    •don't compare yourself to others
    •take care of your sexual health
    •sunscreen over Spring Break!

    30's

    -Nutrition: Start buying organic foods if you have a stable job
    -Physical Activity: Go on a jog or walk around the neighborhood; swim when possible
    -Preventative Healthcare: Don't smoke, use illegal drugs and control your Rosé intake. Also, monitor your blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
    -Tips:
    •if pregnant, don't forget prenatal care
    •save your money and use it wisely
    •don't work overtime if you can't take it, starting that business from the ground up can be tough.

    40's

    -Nutrition: Don't over-eat and when you dine out, make sure you are aware of what you're eating.
    -Physical Activity: Go to the gym often and take your family for hikes
    -Preventative Healthcare: Get regular check-ups and watch your cholesterol levels. Make sure you're getting enough sleep in order to keep anxiety and depression at bay. Wash your face daily and apply sunscreen and firming lotions as to avoid wrinkles.

    •remember, the big 4-0 shouldn't slow your down
    •spend time with family

    50's

    -Nutrition: Keep up with that healthy diet, but don't forget to treat yourself. Ask your doctor if you should be taking any vitamins or supplements. Eat enough fiber!
    -Physical Activity: Go to the gym often and swim, be that cool lady pumping iron
    -Preventative Healthcare: Be prepared for menopause and the nasty effects. Watch your sugar intake as to not develop or trigger diabetes.

    •stay active physically and socially

    60's

    -Nutrition: Eat your fiber! Limit processed foods and foods high in fats and sugar.
    -Physical Activity: Play with your grandchildren (if applicable) and keep swimming!
    -Preventative Healthcare: Be mindful of your blood pressure and cholesterol levels and learn the warning signs for any heart complications. Get your breast exam, regular checkups and bone density test.
    -Tips:
    •stay active
    •keep your mind engaged, pick up a hobby
    •have a smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector on every floor
