Among his awards are the Medal of the Pontevedra Biennial, the Castelao Medal of the Government of Galicia and the Gold Medal of Vigo awarded by the Vigo City Council in 1990. In 1986 the municipality of Lalín awarded him the Oak Leaves medal, in 1988 he also received the Pedron de Ouro from the Rosalía de Castro Foundation. -
