I will be giving up a role that is/was a vital part
of my identity and self-esteem. It is a stressful process but I hope to be able to afford retirement and have it be an enjoyable stage of life. -

In late adulthood, physical development and efficiency decreases, such as bone mass diminishing (this runs in my family) leading to bone density disorders (like osteoporosis) -

Stage 1 dementia is characterized by general forgetfulness and many people (hopefully I am included) remain at this stage and don't get worse.
