Columbus Discovered The American Land
If Columbus had not discovered where we now live, we would not be in a free country ir at least have all the rights that we have today. -
First Pilgrims Came To America
The pilgrims were the first settlers on the land now known as America. If they hadn't came we may still be in England. -
George Washington President
Geourge Washington was one of our main founding fathers that helped make America what is today, and without him our country may not be as powerful and strong. -
War for Our Independence
This is when the war started that would later nfree us from England. If this war would not have stared, we may not have the freedom that we have. -
Declaration of Independance
The Declaration of Independance is important because it represents the whole country not just an idividual state or city. -
Constitution Was Signed
The constitution is what has held our country together for hundreds of years. -
Lewis and Clark Return
Lewis and Clark returned in 1806, bringing with them an immense amount of information about the region as well as numerous plant and animal specimens. If Lewis and Clark had not explored the new land, we may not have moved west into the new areas and settled untill way later years. -
Start of the Civil War
If we would not of had the civil war, there might still be slavery -
End of Civil War
If the war would not have ended, we could still be in war, or at least the warmay not have ended in favor of no slaves. -
Assassination of Abraham Lincoln
If Abe Lincoln would not have been assassinated, we would have had him for a longer period of time, and he may have changed somthing. This is not the most important event by far, but it changed many things including security for presidents and more.
