50 Years after the Death of Jesus
The Church begins to take form. Followers began to grow and Christians began to gather on the Sabbath to break bread. The community was not yet structured. -

The Spirit Comes to Jerusalem
The Spirit came down among the men and women in Jerusalem and opened their eyes to the Lord and Jesus. The presence of the Holy Spirit changed everything: others began to believe and began in simple ways to follow the ways of Jesus, identifying them as the actions of the Church. -

Developing Self-Understanding
The early disciples begin to see God's work in the Church. The Holy Spirit ignited the fire within the hearts of Christ's followers. The 'Body of Christ' began to gather often and in may diverse numbers. The Church begins to become an instrument of God's love and grace. -

Saul turns to God and is named Paul
Saul, a man who did all in his power to destroy the followers of Jesus, determined to carry out the agenda of the Shammaite Pharisees, turns to God and takes the name of Paul. -

With Jerusalem as the starting point, the Jewish people first brought up the Church. -

The Period of Greek and European Christianity
By the second century Jerusalem had been destroyed. Rome, Greece and all of Europe dominated the Church. The Church began to dominate the world with the many conquests of Alexander the Great. -

At the beginning of the 20th century the Church's beliefs began to spread to global porportions.
