  • Parents are notified –permission granted

  • IEP team decides if testing needs to be done

  • Check medical records; behavior records; academic; observations; interviews; FBA; Rating scales; IQ Testing; Psychological Eval; Documenation

  • Is the student Eligible?

  • Use the checklist.....page 97 and review all information from page 96

  • Make sure to be specific about Multi-cultural needs when evaluating!

  • If determined as a student with EBD -develope an appropriate IEP
